First Things 1st

This particular passage of scripture tells to seek God first. That translates into before we put our hearts & minds to anything else; check in with God. Yes, this includes even before that first sip of coffee in the morning. (Some reading this can feel my coffeeβ˜• struggle,πŸ™‚). Now, it doesn’t mean that seeking God first will make everything smooth and easy. (There’s a whole other scripture that addresses our trials). However, when we DO seek God first: We can be confident that He’ll provide everything we need and guide us through whatever we may face. That’s some good news!! Be Encouraged, ❀~K

#Facts‼️

There’s nothing that can come up against Almighty God and win. NOTHING. Those who abide in God can rest in that fact. What a blessed assurance to have.

So, remind yourself today – whatever you face if you’re walking with God it won’t defeat you (it may sometimes “feel” like it will – but it won’t). Because He goes before you and He’s always in control.

I pray that God’s Word gives you confidence, and encouragement. Know that no matter what challenges await…He’s got you!!

Road Signs πŸ›£

As we travel along on the pathway of life; the Lord God is constantly providing us with road signs on our trek. He provides all kinds of directional signs for us. Just like the road signs on an highway. Some signs tell us to proceed with caution ⚠️ (there could be impending danger ahead). Others may communicate a road block 🚫, advising us to take an alternate route. Lastly, some tell us to yield (slow down or pause) and even stopπŸ›‘. We more time than not, pay close attention to those signs. And obey them without question!

So, one question we should ask ourselves; is are we paying attention to our LORD’S directional signs and instructions? Scripture is clear in Proverbs 3:5-6, …”in all your ways acknowledge Him. And He will make straight your paths.” Now, who wouldn’t want to be on a straight path to get to where you desire to be?!

Let’s be encouraged to seek out our Ultimate Guide LORD God each day! Seek Him in each moment we face directional challenges. Whatever circumstances or situations those may be.

Let’s pray and stay connected to our Source, Christ Jesus for all understanding and wisdom. It’s definitely not in our best interest to risk getting jammed up β›”, leaning on our own “understanding”.
