Forsake You Not!

When the cutting winds of deep disappointment blow at F5 levels threatening to take me out….I trust in You LORD.
When the huge, crushing waves of betrayal come rushing in to overtake me…I trust in You LORD.
I will not be shaken, No, I will NOT moved! My soul is Anchored in the LORD Jesus Christ!!
Take refuge in The LORD Jesus Christ, who knows all & sees all. HE is a Friend who will never leave you, nor forsake you. HE is a Mighty Strongtower and an ever present help in your time of adversity.
The LORD Jesus Christ is the ONLY one who can provide the supernatural strength to STAND & endure the unexpected, the unimaginable, the undeniable, the unusual, the unbelievable and the UNBEARABLE that comes against you. We have iron clad assurance from the Word:

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” ~ Romans 8:28 (NIV)

Little Thought:

That’s right, you heard it first from an elephant.  Grief, the very thing that causes us to become down and depressed, is also the very thing that can cause us to rise again.  Not initially, but over a period of time.  First, grief must carry out its painful work in our life and we must face it and embrace it.  Then, we will notice that things start happening in us and, little by little, we start finding hope.  Finally, after hope sticks it head around for a while, we are able to keep on keeping on in daily life activities THROUGH the grief, while it is still present.

God’s Blessing Through the Love of a Mother ❤

Whether through natural birth, adoption, stepping in-where another stepped out, divorce, a new marriage, whatever the circumstance(s)…if you’ve taken on the responsibility to raise/rear a child, young children or even a teenager/young person. Please know that the LORD has placed you right where you need/needed to be for a purpose…HIS purpose.

A purpose that far exceeds our ability to reason. But one thing’s for certain is God is Love. HIS love for us is pure, powerful, unconditional, never-ending, and such an amazing blessing.

God’s love for us can be witnessed in many ways. Today we honor one of those… which is through the love of a Mother. ❤

Peace Beyond Measure

This is the day that the LORD has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it!!

At the dawning of each new day, given by His grace…we haven’t a clue as to what all we will face. But our LORD Jesus Christ does! He will give us everything we need to endure and persevere through whatever we face. He’s so awesome that way.🙂 We’re encouraged by His words:

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deuteronomy 31:6 (NIV)

We can walk into each day, moment and situation knowing and being affirmed that our LORD and Savior is right beside us!! Then because The LORD is who he is and his power is limitless, we have these promises too:

“And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 (NIV)

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.” Isaiah 26:3 (NIV)

What an awesome assurance that on each day the LORD gives us, we can enter it with Him by our side and experience His peace beyond measure. ❤

The LORD doesn’t need any “help” from me or you, to provide an answer to a prayer, a blessing, change in our circumstance or deliverance.
He IS GOD, and has been doing what he does; longer then we’ve been alive and breathing (and will be long after we stop🙂).
The Bible says in 1Peter 5-7: “Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
There you have it!! Do just what the Word instructs…pray(release), believe, trust, and wait. The LORD is faithful, and He will answer. Wait on the LORD.
